PRINCIPLE OF ALL EXERCISES: Endurance, Strength, Balance , Flexibility. All four principles are followed in every method of exercise practiced.
• TAI CHI : Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. It is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons: it’s a hard and soft martial art technique, competitive, and aids in longevity. As a consequence, a multitude of training forms exist, both traditional and modern, which correspond to those aims. Some of Taijiquan’s training forms are especially known for being practiced at what most people categorize as slow movement.
• QI GONG : This is the Chinese philosophy and practice of aligning breath, physical activity and awareness for mental, spiritual and corporeal health, as well as the development of human potential.
• Zen-jo: A martial art practice that contains all the essences of traditional eastern and western body expressions.
